  • No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
  • Our ticketing platform is powered by AXS. Create an AXS FanAccount or update your current AXS information here.
  • AXS Mobile ID digital event tickets & separately purchased general/preferred parking passes will be sent no earlier than January 12, 2026.
  • Tickets will be scanned from your phone on the EVENT or AXS App at the entrance gate.
  • AXS Mobile ID digital parking tickets that come with SUPER VIP orders are sent separately and will begin sending at 10am the morning of the event.
  • AXS Mobile ID digital merch redemption vouchers will be sent separately and will begin sending at 10am the morning of the event.
  • You may transfer individual tickets through your AXS account – instructions can be found here.
    • Please note, the transfer option will be turned on within 72 hours of the event (or possibly sooner). Please stay tuned.
  • There are minimum browser requirements to place an order online. Make sure you have the most updated version.

MANAGE YOUR TICKETS / FANACCOUNT

Once you’ve purchased your tickets, you can manage your order via FanAccount.

Within FanAccount you can:

  • View order details
  • View payment plan and payment schedule
  • View special offers and upgrades
  • Transfer tickets to a friend
    • You will be able to transfer individual tickets through your AXS account, closer to event dates.
    • Please note, the transfer option will be turned on within 72 hours of the event (or possibly sooner). Please stay tuned.

Payment Plans

Choose between a $49.99 deposit + equal monthly installments (based on purchase date) payment plan, or a 50% deposit now and 50% due next month payment plan.

$49 DEPOSIT PLAN (+ Equal Payments)

For a limited time, put $49 deposit at the time of purchase, followed by equal monthly payments through April 1, 2026.

  • 5-installment payment plan available through December 15, 2025 and includes a $20 payment plan fee.
  • 4-installment payment plan available through January 15, 2026 and includes a $16 payment plan fee.

50% DEPOSIT (+ Equal Payments)

For a limited time, put 50% deposit at the time of purchase, followed by the remaining 50% payment on the 1st of the following month.

  • 50/50 plan available through March 15, 2026 and includes a $8 payment plan fee.

PAYMENT PLAN DETAILS

  • Payment plans are available for all orders over $100 while supplies last.
  • You may pay in full if you do not want to use the payment plan.
  • You must select the payment plan during the checkout process.
    • If you miss this, you'll be charged in full. There will be no account adjustments.
  • Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total.
  • Payments are automated and may take up to 72 hours to process.
    • Please wait for your payment to process. If you make a manual payment during this time, the automatic payment may still process, resulting in a double charge.
  • No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
  • Your order will not be eligible for upgrade or resale until it has been paid in full.

MISSED PAYMENTS

  • If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay.
  • If payment is not received by the 10th day after your initial due date, your order may be canceled at any time.
  • Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $49.99 default fee. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.
